At Haus of Wen, each piece, whether physical or digital, is crafted with care and intention.
Because our products are made to order or delivered digitally, please take a moment to review the details below before purchasing.

Physical Products

All of our physical pieces are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Please read each product description carefully before placing your order. The customer is responsible for ensuring that each product is compatiable with their space and needs. 

As each piece is 3D-printed in small batches at our home studio, subtle variations in texture, color, or surface finish are a natural part of the 3D printing process. Minor layer lines or surface details are not considered defects but part of the material’s character.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these qualities as part of the artisanal nature of our work.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered. Email us at info@hausofwen.shop with photo proof of the following:

  • The outer packaging (shipping box)
  • The inner packaging (how the product was packed)
  • The damaged item itself
  • Any visible damage on the packaging (dents, bends, etc.)

Our team will review your request promptly. If your request is approved, based on product availability, a replacement or a refund will be issued. 

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for these items.

Once the file has been downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason.

Please ensure that you have compatible software, printers, or tools before purchasing.

We recommend reviewing the file details, dimensions, and any usage notes listed on the product page.

Compatibility issues or personal dissatisfaction with digital content are not eligible for refund.

If you accidentally purchase a duplicate digital file, please contact us at info@hausofwen.shop, we’ll be happy to issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
